Newport Home Care stepped in like a team of angels during a very difficult time for our family. My mom had fallen and needed extra help, but was resistant to having anyone come into the home. Andy was our main caregiver that helped with my dad and Teri was the coordinator I spoke to about scheduling for my dad. Newport Home Care was a great agency to work with for the care of our family member. Even though we did not live in close proximity, the communication and care for our family member was excellent. Maria R went above and beyond, being the one who went to the medical visits and keep the consistency with the medical team. She went above and beyond in her care for our family member.
